Tried a new C&C- Annapolis

I parked in the dark corner once again and midway through, the spaces next to me were filled by a 20 year old dude in a brand new CLS63 AMG and someone (his trophy girlfriend?) in a CLA45. Of course there was a puppy involved, too. I thought our cars looked funny together. There was also an awesome black MkIV Supra along with an unfortunately F&F-esque one, several 911s, and some older Ferraris. Pretty good turnout and amazing weather.

You have to fill out a form regarding how many minimum wage salaries (min. of 5) you have to spend on an attractive woman, and then go to a country club near you and engrave it in the golden bulletin board. Then, and only then, will such a person contact you ( hotness based on whether you're buying her a new AMG or not).

Know the guy in the CLS. He's on here. I live in Laurel and have yet to swing by Annapolis C&C. I will have to try and squeeze one in before the season is over.

Damn, seems like everyone is on here these days! Now I need to edit out all unfair assumptions made for fear of looking like a dick. Anyways, you should check it out. It's 1 hour from me but not a bad drive and there are tons of older Ferraris because of its origins on F-chat. It seems there aren't enough vintage BMWs there, and the 2002 would really stand out from the Ferrari/911/Corvette monopolization.

I've seen photos. I already have a saturday show (Bethesda) and a sunday show (Bertonsville). But, there's always room for one more. I actually bought my car from a guy in Annapolis. Now, I have to figure out if I can be home for a C&C before it gets too cold. I go to St. Mary's which is a 90min drive to Annapolis. Not bad, but I can't guarantee that saturday mornings I am fully functional.

Yeah, no, I've never been to a C and C in Annapolis, although interesting note, when I was in the market for the car, there was one at Mercedes of Annapolis that I remember was similar to the one I ended up getting except for some options. Who knows, this could be that car.

Haha I overheard this guy talking about how it was the only one like it at the annapolis MB dealership. I guess that kind of coincidence can happen with rarer cars. Also, I have no idea if this guy's girlfriend was a trophy girlfriend in reality but apparently he said he'd bought the CLA45 for her and she was quite attractive, so... assumption time!

I'll be there. It's a nice show. Many regulars that are more than willing to just talk cars. There are never a ton of cars. Maybe at most 40, but I like the atmosphere much more. You get to just talk to owners instead of running from car to car. Also, it can sometimes look like BMWs & Coffee. But, I'm not complaining.

Sounds cool! I'll probably go and be on the lookout for a white 2002. Only other one I've seen up close was a ghastly neon green one. Fewer cars aren't necessarily a bad thing because you can talk with owners, and parking next to so many pristine garage queen corvettes (when they are so prominent at the other shows) makes a driven C4 seem a bit dull anyways.
